With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership, Joshua is a seasoned operations and Human Resources leader. Joshua started his professional career as an operations leader, so he is uniquely equipped to provide consultation and guidance to leaders- having a great understanding of their experiences. Joshua has a proven track record across diverse industries, including retail, distribution, supply chain, healthcare, manufacturing, and banking. His broad expertise spans the full spectrum of HR functions, positioning him as a versatile and strategic partner for organizations seeking to optimize their people strategy and build organizational success.
Joshua has excelled in a variety of HR roles to include HR business partner, where he delivered strategic support to leadership teams- including supporting talent review and succession planning, workforce planning, and annual compensation planning. Joshua also served as a specialist in employee benefits and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Joshua's most recent experience is serving as an employee and labor relations director. In this role, Joshua is responsible for partnering with business leaders on topics like performance management, corrective actions, workplace investigations, labor negotiations, contract management, and developing strategies to help organizations maintain management represented status (union avoidance). He has been instrumental in fostering inclusive workplace cultures, addressing complex employee relations issues, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
His expertise extends to organizational development, where he has led efforts to align people strategies with business goals, drive change management initiatives, and design programs that enhance leadership capabilities and workforce performance.
In addition to his professional experience, Joshua serves on the board of directors for SAFE Federal Credit Union where he plays a key role in shaping organizational strategy and ensuring compliance with NCUA.
